The film will begin with the main character waking up in a suit drenched in blood on the floor at the end of a corridor. He quickly stands up panting looking around not really knowing where he is.  He finds a piece of paper on the floor right in front of him that says ''experiment #10856, your aim is to get to the end of the maze''. Around him is a single flower pot placed upon a squat table, several doors which do not open and the piercing lens of a security camera, watching his every move.He looks down at the corridor to see the number on the floor and starts running down the corridor while trying to unlock different doors even though they're all locked.  He begins to panic, and as he meets the end of the corridor, he finds an elevator. Once he enters it, the doors shut behind him and he ascends, with unfitting elevator music to accompany his claustrophobic journey. The doors open and he finds himself in an identical corridor, with an elevator on the other side as well and he realizes that he is initially stuck in a loop. He starts going insane while running down the corridor into the same elevator while having flashbacks of what happened before he got there (could be a fight in a bar or him being kidnapped at night by mysterious men). His descent into madness is exemplified by him going up more and more floors, but to no avail in his escape. The third time he enters this loop he goes so paranoid he smashes the flower vase on the floor and keeps running. When he arrives again the vase is intact in the same place it was before he smashed it and one of the doors is slightly open with contrapuntal music coming from it. As he enters he finds a briefcase which he opens and you can only see the expression on his face when he sees what's inside. The scene cuts to the title of the film and the production company logo appears right at the beginning.
